Job Summary

The Product Coordinator supports product management, marketing communications, and regional product governance by ensuring accurate product data, documentation, and processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Portfolio & Data Governance

- Maintain and update product data, documents, and certifications across internal and external platforms.

- Coordinate product setup and modifications (PMR) in collaboration with Product Management, Technology & Innovation, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

- Manage sampling processes, including customer samples, certification samples, and testing coordination including UL & external testing with end-to-end tracking.

- Ensure accuracy of product information on partner websites, distributor portals, and internal systems.

- Support documentation, information compilation and end-to-end tracking for Alternate Resins and Masking qualifications.

  • Marketing Communications & Promotion

- Support MARCOM activities including collateral creation, website updates, PRG and brochure maintenance.

- Coordinate regional marketing activities such as partner events, trade shows, and social media support.

- Work closely with MARCOM and external agencies to develop promotional content.

  • New Product Introduction (NPI)

- Support documentation creation (datasheets, warranties, UL documentation) and ensure consistency across systems.

- Coordinate testing needs with T&I and ensure readiness of sampling, documentation, and promotional materials.

  • Systems, Tools & Processes

- Manage Content Management Systems including ECM, SharePoint, and Distributor Portals.

- Provide support and backup for Product Administration in SAP processes.

- Safeguard certification databases and document structures.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Build strong relationships with internal partners including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and Technology.

- Support Inside Sales with tools, product documentation, and promotional materials.

- Drive NPS improvement on product innovation through structured customer feedback analysis and coordinated cross-functional mitigation actions.

 

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- 3–5 years of experience in product management, marketing, commercial, or manufacturing roles.

- Strong understanding of SAP and digital systems.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

- Basic understanding of plastic products and production processes.

- Some travel where needed (may vary by region).

 

Physical Requirements

- Light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) as needed for sample management.

- Ability to perform occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.

 

Work Availability

- Regular on-site presence, Monday–Friday schedule (may vary by region depending on local agreements)
